In order to create a business you must make a business policy. You must answer all of the questions below in scrutinizing detail word for word. In order for your business to begin working and start making an income, an admin must approve your business policy. Make sure you take your time and do your research to make a great policy!


1.Cover-Your character name and name or your business

2. Executive Summary-Grab Your Audience, Summarize the entire plan about your business(This should be done LAST). At least 2 Paragraphs required

3.Company Description-Business Name and other information about your business. At least 1 paragraph

4.Mission Statement-Where do you want your business to go? NO more than 1 paragraph

5.Management Team Plan-Who will manage the business? What levels of management will you have? How many employees will you have? 1 paragraph

6.Product and Service Plan-What raw materials or supplies will you business need? How will you ensure that they are of quality performance? 1 paragraph

7. Industry Overview-Who is your competition? What are the trends and patterns of your industry? 1 paragraph

8.Market Analysis-What is your target market? 1 paragraph

9.Competitive Analysis-Who is your Competition? How will you beat you competition? 1 paragraph

10.Marketing Plan-How will you advertise? 1 paragraph

11.Operational Plan-How will your business operate? 1 paragraph

12.Organizational Plan-What is your management structure?

13.Growth Plan-What do you want in the future for your business? 1 paragraph

14.Contingency Plan-What if your business fails?
